PTFE Silicone coated Fabric

The base fabric of PTFE silicone coated fabric is glass fiber cloth, one side is impregnated with Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) emulsion, and the other side is coated with high temperature resistant and tear resistant high temperature resistant liquid silicone rubber. It is a new type of special high temperature resistant material. It plays a key role in the special aspects of the food packaging industry.
Teflon's characteristics are not sticky, anti-corrosive, wear-resistant, high temperature resistance, so the main role of Teflon is anti-stick insulation, so that the product is easy to demould on its surface. Silicone is characterized by high temperature resistance and a little self-adhesive. Our company uses transparent imported silicone rubber, which has better anti-slip effect and high temperature stability. It can be perfectly blended with Teflon.
Features:
1. temperature resistance. Used between low temperature -70 ° C and high temperature 280 ° C.
2. non-adhesive. It is not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed.
3. chemical corrosion resistance, resistance to strong acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents, oil, water, scrub.
4. Teflon surface friction coefficient is low (0.05-0.1), is the best choice for oil-free self-lubricating; silicone surface anti-slip effect is good, is an ideal high temperature anti-skid material.
5. with high insulation performance (different dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), black anti-UV, anti-static.
6. good dimensional stability (extension coefficient less than 5 ‰), high strength, with good mechanical properties.

At present, our company mainly produces 0.2mm PTFE silicone coated fabric. The colors are mainly brown and black. Other thicknesses can be customized.
