According to the release film, there are two types of materials that are single-sided fluoroplastic release material composite or non-composite. Polyimide tape has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high tensile strength, good chemical resistance, no residual glue, and environmental protection. It is widely used in the electronics and electrical industries and circuit board manufacturing industries.

Application：
◆Surface mount, used for the protection of gold fingers in wave soldering and reflow soldering.
