First, it can be classified according to color, including gray, black and white. Gray is more common, and general factories can guarantee its performance through chemical treatment. However, the production of black and white requires a certain technical threshold, especially the white film tape. We have successfully overcome technical difficulties and realized mass production by adopting a special physical treatment method.

Secondly, it can be classified according to the adhesive system, including silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive and acrylic adhesive. The temperature resistance of silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive can reach 260 degrees, while the temperature resistance range of acrylic adhesive is generally between minus 40 degrees and 180 degrees.

In addition, it can also be classified according to the basement membrane, including soft film and hard film. Soft film refers to the film tape with no fixed forming direction, which is easy to roll or warp. The hard film refers to a film tape with two fixed molding directions, so it is not easy to warp, has high strength, and is not easy to be stretched and deformed.

Finally, it can be classified according to the thickness, our thinnest film tape is 0.04mm thick, our PTFE film adhesive tape is available in different thicknesses, the thickest can exceed 0.5, and regular thickness products are usually in stock supply. In general, we classify products according to different taxonomy criteria, which allow better identification of their characteristics.
